Michael Litteral is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OkiCore Solutions LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). He maintains full authority over company operations, contracts, and financial control, ensuring direct accountability across all engagements.

He brings over 10 years of construction experience supporting federal projects, with a background in multi-trade coordination, quality control, and compliance-driven execution across all phases of construction—from pre-construction planning through final closeout. His experience includes leading A/E coordination efforts, managing document control, and directly engaging with project stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, maintain alignment, and ensure accurate deliverables in contract-driven environments.

Michael’s professional experience includes work performed under U.S. Department of Defense construction programs, including NAVFAC, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers standards. His responsibilities have focused on quality control, compliance oversight, and coordination between government stakeholders, engineers, and construction teams.

Prior to founding OkiCore Solutions LLC, he supported federal construction execution overseas, developing a field-driven approach to project coordination, risk identification, and compliance alignment in high-accountability environments.

Michael is a veteran of the United States Navy and holds certifications including Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety.
